Doll's Red Tunic Dress
The pattern includes the tunic and skirt. This is a beginner-level pattern made entirely of stockinette-stitch rectangles.
Additional materials: one snap fastener
The skirt is one piece with a back seam. It slips on with no fasteners. The dress is made of five pieces, seamed. It has a placket at the back neck that closes with a snap. The pattern suggests making a belt out of ribbon, twisted or braided yarn.
Sized for a Barbie-type doll with the 1960s figure: 5.5”/3.125”/5”. The fit may vary on modern dolls.
Note that morgan62’s photo shows the item modified for slightly wider sleeves.
