Dominic the Swaledale Sheep
Named after the Yorkshire valley of Swaledale in England, the Swaledale Sheep loves spending time in the mountainous areas of Great Britain. A great project for those who love to challenge themselves with techniques like complex colour changing, our crochet version is a wonderful addition to any crochet sheep herd.
TOFT’s Edward’s Menagerie collection is a series of crochet amigurumi toys designed by Kerry Lord. This crochet animal kit contains TOFT’s quality pure wool yarn and an easy-to-follow downloadable pattern. There are video links for all the crochet stitches and techniques used in the pattern to get you started and help you complete your toy. Share your progress with the TOFT community on Instagram @toft_uk using the #edsanimals hashtag.
YOU WILL NEED: To complete your crochet animal you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section or upgrade to a complete kit which includes all of the above!
MEASUREMENTS: When finished your Swaledale Sheep will be approximately 28cm tall from feet to top of horns.
SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is more suitable for those with some crochet experience.
