There is a mistake on the charts. The first is lack of WS symbols in the chart legends. This is corrected on the Interweave errata site. The second mistake on the charts is erroneous patterning on the WS rows of charts B and C. Each WS row on these charts should have a 2-stitch garter border with straight purl in-between.
