Das Donnerstagskaffee.ding, eine Strickanleitung als Symbol tiefer Freundschaft und wöchentlicher Tradition. Diese Geschichte beginnt vor 18 Jahren, als ich und meine Freundin Eva uns beim Schwangerenyoga kennenlernten und später unsere Donnerstagnachmittage beim gemeinsamen Stricken und Kaffeetrinken verbrachten.

Auch nach meinem Umzug von Frankfurt nach Berlin im Jahr 2015 blieb unser #donnerstagskaffee bestehen. Die Kaffeetasse, ein Abschiedsgeschenk von Eva, wurde zum Symbol unserer Verbundenheit. Dieses Design reflektiert die Details unserer Treffen: vom Tassenrand am Halsbündchen, über das Blumenmuster, bis hin zum Kaffee mit Milchschaum.

Das #donnerstagskaffeeding ist mehr als ein Strickmuster – es ist ein Stück gelebte Freundschaft. Viel Freude beim Stricken und beim Feiern deiner eigenen Verbindungen.

Größen: XS (S, M, L1, L2, XL, XXL)

Maschenprobe:
26 M x 34 R = 10 x 10 cm glatt rechts (Körper) gestrickt mit Nd 3,0.
Das Muster locker stricken, oder mit einer Nadelstärke nach oben gehen (3,25 – 3,5).

Garn: Rosy Garn CozyRustic (75% superwash Merino extrafine, 15% Nylon, 10% Viskose LL 400 m / 100 g), in HF Scandi, KF1 Ivory und KF2 Chocolate.

Verbrauch ca.:
HF: 230 (250, 270, 300, 330, 370, 400) m
KF1: 300 (320, 340, 360, 380, 420, 460) m
KF2: 750 (800, 800-900, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200) m

Nadeln: Hauptnadel 3,0 mm Rundstricknadel (80 cm), für das Muster 3,25 bzw. 3,5 mm und das Bündchen 2,5 mm Rundstricknadel (80 cm). Für den Anschlag empfehle ich ein kürzeres Seil (bis genügend M auf der Nd sind), bzw. es kann auch mit Magic Loop gearbeitet werden.

Zubehör: Maschenmarkierer, Maschenhalter oder Garnrest, Stopfnadel.

Anforderungen: Geneigte Zunahmen (M1l, M1r) und Abnahmen (2 M re zus, ssk), Faire Isle Technik.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Donnerstagskaffee.ding, a knitting pattern as a symbol of deep friendship and weekly tradition. This story begins 18 years ago, when me and my friend Eva met at pregnancy yoga and later spent our Thursday afternoons knitting and drinking coffee together.

Even after I moved from Frankfurt to Berlin in 2015, our #donnerstagskaffee remained. The coffee cup, a farewell gift from Eva, became a symbol of our bond. This design reflects the details of our meetings: from the edge of the cup on the neckband, to the floral pattern, to the coffee with milk foam.

The #donnerstagskaffeeding is more than a knitting pattern - it’s a piece of lived friendship. Have fun knitting and celebrating your own connections.

gauge:
26 sts x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm stockinette (body) knitted with needle 3.0 mm.
Work the pattern with a looser gauge or go up one needle size (3.25 - 3.5).

Needles: Main needle 3.0 mm circular needle (80 cm), for the pattern 3.25 or 3.5 mm and the cuff 2.5 mm circular needle (80 cm). For the cast-on, I recommend a shorter cable (until there are enough sts on the needle), or you can also work with Magic Loop.

Accessories: stitch marker, stitch holder or yarn rest, darning needle.

Requirements: Increase on slant ( m1l, m1r) and decrease ( k2tog, ssk), fair isle technique.
