This pattern was designed as a gift for the goody bags for Knit August Nights (KAN), a knitting retreat/convention. The gloves were specifically designed to be made from 1 x 50g ball of Skeinz Silver Lining yarn (another goody bag gift). The smaller size can be made from one ball, the larger just needs a tiny amount more. The larger size is pretty generous so the smaller should be fine for most people.

They are a simple knit decorated with little purls stitch ‘dots’ that increase in intensity toward the fingers, ending in a moss/seed stitch band. The wrist band is worked in a simple, decorative twisted rib.
