Sizes: newborn to 4yrs.

Sizes:
Newborn: Finished bonnet is 15cm high measured from neck shaping. 13cm wide at the top. Fits up to 36cm head size.
0-3 months : Finished bonnet is 17cm high measured from neck shaping, 15cm wide at the top. Fits up to 40cm head size.
3-6m: Finished bonnet is 18cm high measured from neck shaping, 17cm wide at the top. Fits 40-44cm head size.
1-2yrs: Finished bonnet is 19cm high measured from neck shaping, 18cm wide at the top. Fits 44-48cm head size.
2-4yrs: Finished bonnet is 20cm high measured from neck shaping, 20cm wide at the top. Fits 48-52cm head size

Fit: Pixie Bonnets are made to be a fitted style. The ages and head sizes given are an indication only, if your child is smaller or larger than the average child in their age range please make the next size up or down. Crochet by nature creates an ‘elastic’ garment so you may find your Bonnet fits for longer than the age ranges/head sizes given.

Material needed:
8ply Cotton.
Newborn 125m.
0-3m 130m.
3-6m 140m.
1-2yrs 170m.
2-4yrs 175m.
Suggested brand: Paintbox 8ply cotton.
Stitch markers x2
Wool/darning needle

Hook: Size 4AU/G6US/8UK or whichever you need to achieve gauge.

Bobble: Dc5tog in the same stitch
