Double Ruffle scrunchie is a perfect way to include your handmade knits throughout all seasons. Knit in the round in stockinette, with thoughtful details throughout that keep you engaged and create just the right amount of ruffles. The pattern is written for fingering weight yarn, but playing around with your scraps is encouraged! Hold 2 strands of lace together, add a fuzzy lace strand to your gingering weight yarn or maybe even try a DK weight version! Gauge is given for fingering weight yarn so the finished measurements and yarn requirements would differ if you go with a thicker yarn, but the pattern would work well for different weights as it doesn’t have to fit!
