This kimono-style, crossbody baby cardigan is knitted primarily in garter stitch and features a delicate textured pattern across the body. Worked seamlessly and knitted flat (back and forth), it is an ideal choice for newborns, offering both comfort and ease of dressing. The sleeves are knitted in the round, and the cardigan is fastened with two elegant I-cord ties.

MATERIALS: gray DK yarn 100 g / 300 m.
You will need 1 - 1 1/2 skeins of yarn

KNITTING GAUGE:
22 sts and 30 rows to 10 x 10 cm = 4” x 4” in stocking stitch (knit row on right side, purl row on wrong side) and 4 mm needles.

4 mm (US6)(UK8) needles
4 mm DPNs for I-cord and the sleeves
