Dragonlace
With the texture of dragon scales set off by delicate columns of lace, these socks are the ultimate fantasy creation. When knit with nearly-solid hand dyed yarn, they give the impression of light shimmering on crystalline scales, and glinting off rows of jewels along the lace ridges. Treat your feet to a touch of elegance! The lace pattern, while visually simple, requires use of both yarn overs and lifted increases, and is best suited for an intermediate to advanced knitter comfortable with a variety of increases and decreases. The sock is constructed top down, with a short row heel and grafted toe.
