Dreamsicle
Soft, cool, cuddly and as dreamy as summer dreamsicle, this blanket is knit in a soft dk weight acrylic for easy care. It calls for 900-1000 yards of dk weight yarn ( I used 5 skeins of the Snuggly yarn) and size 7 circular needle to accommodate the number of stitches. It is knit flat.
Anyone with the patience to knit a blanket can be successful with this pattern. It is based on a seed stitch border, with an inner border of a simple eyelet, and a center filled with the Diamond Jubilee stitch. The only skill needed to complete this project is the ability to knit, purl, yarn over, knit 2 together, and knit 3 together.
