I’ve been wanting to knit something between a sweater and a shrug to wear over dresses so I designed this fun little layering piece. It’s knit flat using a simple lace repeat, then seamed together. There are instructions to customize your sweater length, how to interchange your arm and bust size, and options for either a cap sleeve or long sleeve version.

NOTE: You will need approximately 29, 32, 33, 37, 40, 44, 46, 48, 57, 60 yards 26, 29, 30, 33, 36, 40, 42, 43, 52, 54 meters per 1” 2.54 cm you add to your body length.
US 6 16” and 24”-32” 4.00mm 40cm and 60cm-80cm circular needle.
US 6 DPNs are optional if you don’t want to use magic loop for the sleeves.
Stitch holders or waste yarn. Darning needle.
