This easy hat has a nice ribbed texture, and is made with #5 bulky yarn. It is made from a very simple rectangle of double crochet rows. Once complete you join the first and last rows of the rectangle into a tube and slip stitch the two edges together.

Adult size will fit a 20 to 23 inch head (9 years and up) Child size will fit a 18 to 20 inch head (5 to 8 years)

• You’ll need 2 skeins of Yarn Bee Tender Touch yarn (or any #5 bulky yarn) for the Adult size, and 1 skein for the Child size, I have used the Rose ad Rain colors here. - 5 mm crochet hook - 3 inch puff for the top
