Dimension:
If you use the suggested yarn, the basket will be approximately W: 7”(17.78 cm) x H: 3.5” (8.89 cm). To create a larger basket, you can add increases in the base.

Materials

• Bernat Maker Home Dec in cream or any bulky yarn size 5 of your choice.
• Hook 6.5 mm
• 2 dark brown/black buttons about 0.5” (1.27 cm) diameter
• Black crochet thread/yarn for the mouth/nose. Pink for the cheeks.
• Optional - for a sturdy basket: Alumunium craft wire ( flat wire 1mm x 4mm )
• Plier to cut wire
• Stitch markers
• Clear tape for joining the wire ends

Techniques you need to know:
Work in the rounds, magic circle, sc, sc increase, invisible decrease, dc, dc2tog, reverse single crochet. embroidering/sewing skills are a plus.
