  • US 8 / 5mm 32″ circular needles for crown shaping using the Magic Loop method, or double-pointed needles.
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors
  • Markers

Pattern notes:

  • The pattern is written in English US terminology
  • This pattern made as sizes S(M, L)
  • In this picture I have demonstrated with size M
  • This pattern uses two colors, but you can also make the hat with just one color or more than two colors if you prefer.
  • This hat is designed with a slightly relaxed fit, but it’s easy to adjust for a more fitted look. Instructions for making this adjustment are included below the Hat Body section.
  • This hat pattern is worked in the round on the right side, meaning you’ll always be knitting from the front of the work without turning.
