Easy Eyelet Cowl
by YIYO Designs
I designed this simple cowl using some handspun yarn a friend gave me. It was so easy and fun, I made another with some of my own handspun yarn.
This pattern is perfect for the fairly new knitter who is ready to add a technique or two to basic knit and purl stitches. There are yarn overs, knitting 2 together, and you will be knitting in the round.
Other than that, this is mainly knitting and purling.
Directions are included for two sizes using different weights of yarn: 100 yards of Aran weight with #8 needles, or 120 yards of superchunky using #13 needles. (16” circulars in both cases.)
Happy knitting! I think I’ll go make another myself!
