This easy striped felted bag uses two colors of wool yarn. It’s slightly slouchy and gives you a great introduction to felting your knitting if you’ve never done it before.

You’ll need about 235 yards of your main color and 140 of your secondary color.

My bag came out to about 9 inches/22.8 cm wide by 11 inches/28 cm tall, with side panels about 4 inches/10 cm wide after felting. The strap is 19 inches/48.25 cm long and about 2.25 inches/5.7 cm wide.

Your size may vary depending on how much your yarn felts. (My blue yarn didn’t felt as much as the brown.)
