The original yarn suggested is discontinued however I have listed three other substitutes. Please make sure to knit a gauge swatch. The Patons Classic Wool will be more of a similar gauge but the colors are somewhat limited and the the color effect will be different. Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted has an extensive color palette but again, please swatch. The Lambs Pride Worsted has an extensive and wonderful palette but is a bit thicker so make a swatch to compare gauge and size down (If you want a child’s 10, make 8, etc.)
