Edgar Sweater
Knitting pattern in German and in English for a slightly oversized sweater with a decorative twisted rib pattern on body and sleeves in sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL) 3XL.
Structure:
The sweater is knitted top down with raglan increases. First of all, you knit back and forth in rows to form the round neck. After closing the sweater to the round, you work in the raglan increases and the decorative raglan stitches in twisted rib pattern. After separating the sleeves, the body is finished in one piece – the decorative twisted ribbing is growing from round to round and flows into the ribbed hem. Afterwards, the sleeves are separated with the same growing twisted rib pattern, which slows into the ribbed cuffs too.
The fit of the body is loose and slightly oversized – in contrast the sleeves are relatively tight and the growing twisted ribbing is the highlight of the sweater.
