This pattern is from Leisure Arts leaflet #3194, 20 Beautiful Edgings by Patricia Kristoffersen, which is out of print but available from sellers on eBay and other online shops.

The leaflet specifies that size 10 crochet cotton and a size 6 (1.8mm) steel hook, but these patterns can be adapted to almost any thread or yarn weight and appropriately-sized hook.
