Notes From the Designer:
•It’s sweater weather! This is the perfect raglan sleeved sweater to add to your comfy, cozy attire for work or for the weekend.
•Edison is a gradient pullover that is crocheted from the yoke down. The styling makes it easy to check sizing as you work for the perfect fit. The basic single crochet stitch pattern throughout this pullover keeps the focus of the design on the process of creating a garment. This pullover is a stylish new addition to your handmade wardrobe.
•Gauge is extremely important for this garment and needs to be checked often.

I have always admired the work and musings of Thomas Edison, a well-known inventor and businessman. As a child, my family would go on trips to Greenfield Village in Michigan. This place is where I developed my love of history, knowledge, and even spinning. It’s a historical site where you can experience history in real life with enactments, historical costumes, and demonstrations from earlier life. One of my favorite places within the Village is a little workshop with the theme, Edison at Work. This is his Menlo Park complex where he made some of his greatest inventions. My experiences as a young child have stuck with me into adulthood and have helped to shape the person that I am today. A deep love of knowledge and creation gained from these experiences shows through in each of my designs. One of my most favorite parts of design is the math. I love to work out each calculation and am completely in my element. This design was particularly exciting for me with all of its sizing and shaping calculations. I hope you enjoy crocheting it as well as I enjoyed designing it. Have fun with the entire process!
