Edythe Poncho is not your ordinary poncho. It is worked in pieces from the bottom up and seamed with optional slits for efficiency of movement. The seams give structure so the poncho will hold its shape. This poncho has a variety of design elements with a lace bottom edge and cables down the center of the front and sides. The shaping is achieved with full-fashioned decreases for function and design detail.
My favorite feature of this poncho is the full-fashioned decreases. They add subtle detail while accomplishing the shaping. Not only will this poncho keep you warm, you’ll also make a statement when you wear it.
Swatch yarn and extra yarn are included in the yarn requirement for the pattern as written. Any adjustments will affect the yarn yardage requirement.
Row-by-row pattern row and stitch counts for each size are included.
