Eileen is the fifth pattern in Berroco’s Everyday Pattern Booklet, #182, circa 1999, now out of print. Berroco’s pattern archive provides free access to five of the eight patterns from the booklet. This pattern is among those omitted. The original yarns used, Linor and Jenny, are no longer available.

The vest is knit with positive ease and rolled edges using various colors for an easy, whimsical project. Plant fiber yarns are ideal for a warm weather garment. It feels as up to date now as it did when originally printed.
