Ekollon Sock
Pattern Notes
This is more like a project than a pattern. I had so much fun coloing the yarn using Onion skins that I wanted to share this part with you as well. Since the color reminded me a lot of Autumn color and I love acorn everything came nicelly together! I give you the Ekollon Sock, which is Acorn is Swedish, where I currently call home <3. The lace pattern is set in a way that you will end with a sock full of small acorns, can you see them too? I hope you have as much fun as I did and finish with a squishy sock just ready for the Autumn!
The lace pattern is a variation of a Japanese lace pattern that can be found in Hitomi Shida’s 250 Japanese Knitting Stitches book.
The length of the sock can be adjusted to fit your foot. I suggest knitting a sock 10% smaller than your foot length for better fit.
For now the pattern has only chartered instructions.
