Teens, especially, will love this soft-as-a-cloud, roomy, over-sized, cropped top with hemmed bottom and ribbed turtleneck.
Pattern notes:
• Worked in the round to armholes, sleeves and neck picked up and knit in the round.
• A crochet chain cast-on will make it easier to locate the sts when you turn up the bottom hem. Any cast on will do, but you’ll have to stitch the hem later, as the sts of a long tail cast-on will be nearly impossible to locate.
• Although this is a 19 in. cropped top, more length can be added, but note that you might want to purchase an additional skein if you choose to knit a longer sweater.
