Eldey Bonnet & Bib
The Eldey Bonnet is worked from the back of the neck up:
it begins with a section shaped by increases, then stitches are knit up on either side. Then the bonnet is worked back and forth across all stitches and finished with a ribbed edge around the face. The tie-string is worked as an I-cord that at the same time finishes the lowermost edge of the bonnet.
The Eldey Bib is worked back and forth, from the centre and out. Finally, the bib is finished with an I-cord that creates both the edge and fastening.
