Inspired by bold Icelandic yokes, Eldfjall is knit seamlessly from the top down. Three contrast colors are used in the yoke to maximize the dramatic effect. You are required to knit with three colors in quite a few rounds. Short rows are worked under the colorwork to lift the back neck for an excellent fit. The pattern includes instructions for both a cropped body length (shown) and a full-length body.
