Embrace Me Five Ways
This versatile piece will embrace you in five different styles -- as a poncho, capelet, scarf -- perfect for over a tank, tee, or light sweater for a little extra warmth, or under a coat. It can be worn with almost anything in almost any season! Photos are included for each of five ways to wear it.
Priced very low during our COVID-19 stay-at-home period, this is an ideal pattern for movie watching or conversing while knitting. When finished, you will have a lovely multi-purpose piece for yourself or to send to someone in lieu of a live hug. Please do not share or sell this pattern.
Although I designed this pattern with dk weight yarn, it could easily be knit with a lighter weight yarn, if desired, by adding stitches to match the targeted measurements. Of course, additional stitches will require additional yarn. Exact gauge is not critical because this is not a fitted garment, but it is helpful for understanding the amount of yarn needed.
The pattern is straightforward, but please do let me know if you need any clarification.
Knit on!
