This tiny knitted egg is knitted in the round using DPNs, the magic loop method, or two circulars. As long as you’re knitting in the round, you’re good to go. This pattern uses knit, purl, K2tog, and K1fb (increase) stitches, and is accessible for a beginner.

The decorations are stitched on after the egg is completed, and the whole project can be made using scrap 4 ply or sport weight yarn from your stash.
