Here is the Emily Baby Skirt to match the Emily Baby Bonnet

The pattern is for sizes 0-3 months through to 3 years

With the same Dc Cluster stitch, and a tie cord at the waist and the same shell border at the hem. I also added a fun little curly-q ending to the tie-cord.

You will need

1 skein UK DK (8 ply/ #3) yarn
3.75mm hook
yarn needle

Difficulty: Easy

Gauge: 7 dc clusters and 7 rows of dc clusters wit 3.75mm hook = 4”.
