This skirt is constructed from four identical trapezoid-shaped panels that are worked from the bottom up and then sewn together. The lace hem has a looser gauge than the stockinette fabric in the upper part of the skirt to provide subtle flair at the lower edge. The ribbon drawstring is inserted through eyelet holes in the waistband casing.
