English Oak Leaves
A free version is also available.
For apparent reasons, fall is a favorite season amongst knitters, and I wanted to capture some autumnal magic.
Knit beautiful autumn leaves to enter into crisp, chilly days and to be prepared for apple picking & everything pumpkin!
English Oak Leaves include two different sizes of leaves. The finished size depends on what needles and the weight of yarn you choose. Simple like that: larger needles and thicker yarn make bigger leaves.
The leaves only need a small amount of yarn and are perfect for leftovers.
Knit beautiful autumn leaves for making a garland, for topping a gift, or for gifting to your child’s teacher.
Make them in natural colors, or get crazy with bold, rainbow colors.
SIZING
Little leaves 2 inch/5cm and big leaves 4 inch/10 cm
NEEDLES
Needles: US 5/3.75 mm for little leaves and US 10/6 mm for big leaves
YARN
The leaves use small amounts of Sport Weight in various colors.
Show here Hobbii Twister Solid in Ginger, Amber, and Corn.
Yardage: Small leaf: 10 y – 9 m; Big leaf: 20 y – 18 m
