Entrap
The classical mermaid, born and bred in the ocean, has been trapped in fishnet, dragged onto land, and transformed into a contemporary, cosmopolitan girl. Traces from her marine past
are visible in the fishnet cabling pattern, in the fishscale inspired
lace flounce, in the sparkling beads resembling lingering water drops, and in the watery shades of blue and turquiose.
