Envelope Tee
Designed for the Design Wars Challenge with Scheepjeswol.
Inspired by the envelope style vests my little one lived in through the winter, I designed this t-shirt for warm summer days. Using 4ply weight cotton yarn this lightweight tee is cool and comfortable next to her skin. I loved it so much I sized it up to fit my 6 year old too!
Worked in rows to form two main pieces from the bottom up, these panels are then seamed with sleeves added, worked in the round.
Yarn quantities required ::
Colour A, Scheepjeswol Sunkissed, 2(2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4) balls
Colour B, Scheepjeswol Cotton 8, 1 ball
This pattern is available in both UK and US terms, when you purchase the pattern you will receive a copy of both so you can work from whichever you feel most comfortable with.
