This pattern has 3 versions based on different yarns and stitch patterns. It is very flexible, and generally takes only 1 skein of Worsted wool/alpaca/angora blend with 200+ yards/skein. It is a good format for experimentation and is a quick knit.

You can use almost any DK or worsted weight yarn if you like what it looks like knitted up.
