Circumference un-stretched = 19.25”, stretches comfortably to 24”.
Height flat = 11”, brimmed = 8”.

Adult Large:
Circumference un-stretched = 19.25”, stretches comfortably to 24”.
Height flat = 13”, brimmed = 10”.
