Pattern designer Esteri Tomula originally designed the Esteri pattern in 1973 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Arabia. The ornament ended up on the surface of modern tableware again as one of the patterns in the Finland 100 Years celebration collection. Veera Koivulahti was inspired by the flower ornament that evokes the 1970s. The gorgeous Esteri yoke jumper is knitted in the round with sleeves and hem separately using Novita 7 Brothers yarn. The pieces are finally joined together in a coulourwork yoke in the spirit of the iconic crockery pattern.
