Everyday Edgings
by Susan Lowman
“Spruce up plain dishtowels with a classic cotton edge - and add a little stitchin’ to your kitchen.” from Crochet Today! magazine, Mar/Apr 2009 issue.
There are 2 towel edgings to choose from. Edging #1 is 1 1/4” wide x 18” long. Edging #2 is 2 1/4” wide x 18” long. It’s easy to adjust the length of these edgings as explained in the magazine. Edgings are crocheted, then sewn onto the edge of kitchen towels with a sewing needle and matching thread. This pattern is rated “easy”.
