This hat measures about 21 (22, 23)” in circumference through body of hat, 18 (19, 19.75)” in circumference at ribbing (which will stretch at least 3”), and 9.25 (9.5, 9.75)” tall. Sample was made in size M (22” around body of hat) and is modeled on a head that measures 22” in circumference.
