This pattern has been kicking around in my head for awhile and the yarn and idea finally merged to create this hat. It’s very simple to stitch, it’s all hdcs, but the addition of the lace weight yarn to the dk weight adds a lovely dimension to the design. It also gives it a touch more warmth to ward off any bitter winds. I worked this up in quite a few color combinations and it looks great with a color in the same hue or with a contrasting color.
