About:
The Evil Fruit Tee is worked flat, bottom up in stockinette. It’s worked in panels (front, back and 2 set in sleeves) that are then sewn or crocheted together.

It has approx. 5 cm positive ease and is slightly cropped but it’s easy to adjust the length.

It has contrasting ribbing around the neckline and sleeves to resemble the look of a ringer tee and has an intarsia motif on the front, inspired by fruit stickers.

Fiction Fiber, who makes the beautiful yarn that was used in my sample, reached out to me and asked if I wanted to create something with their yarns. I’ve been absolutely obsessed with their Evil Fruit collection so I decided to use that as the inspiration for this t-shirt. The colours I chose were ”Bothersome Banana”, ”Burglar Blueberry” and ”Sordid Strawberry”. I wanted to take inspiration from fruit stickers and after a few sketches I came up with the design of the banana and blueberry.
