Size: One Size
Finished Measurements:
50”wingspan X 15” deep

Materials:
1 skein Mrs. Crosby Satchel
(100g/370yds, 100% Superwash Merino Wool), Shown in Yarn Year Round Custom Colorway, “Eiffel”
US Size 7, 40” Circular Needle (Or size to obtain correct gauge)
Stitch Markers
Tapestry Needle

Gauge:
Before Blocking:
20 sts & 28 rows = 4” in Stockinette
After Blocking:
14 sts & 40 rows = 4 “ in Stockinette
Please keep in mind that a difference in gauge will result in a smaller or larger scarf, as well as a difference in yarn quantity needed. This pattern uses up almost all of the yarn, so if you wish to swatch you may need to unravel it to have enough to finish. Also, keep in mind this shawl shape requires aggressive blocking!

Pattern Notes:
This pattern was designed to accompany the Yarn Year Round custom yarn colorway, Eiffel, created by Stitch Space & Mrs. Crosby Loves To Play. The shawlette is made in a super-simple half-pi construction, meaning that there are no complicated increases used to achieve the shape. Just humble Yarn Over rows with plenty of stockinette in between. The Button Stitch Pattern is added in for a little surface interest, and the eyelet edging lightens things up so you can wear this piece on through the warmer months. The larger than normal gauge makes the shawlette nice & light, and the simple construction makes for a perfect little something to throw on over a sundress for those overly air-conditioned rooms!
