Faerie Dreams is a light, round-necked cardigan that has a beautiful lace diamond pattern that arising out of cable twists in the hem. The cardigan is worked bottom up, flat.

This pattern has been test knit.

2 (2, 2, 2, 2) (3, 3, 3, 3) skeins of Mohair Silk by La Bien Aimée (70% mohair, 30% mulberry silk, 546 yds / 500 m – 50 g), colourway Smoke. Or approx. 676 (751, 818, 983, 1059) (1192, 1268, 1423, 1617) yds / 618 (687, 748, 899, 968) (1090, 1159, 1301, 1479) m of lace weight yarn.

Both yarns are held together throughout the pattern.

Needles: US 3 / 3.25 mm 16″ / 40 cm (optional), 32″ / 80 cm (or longer for larger sizes) circular needles, and a set of DPNs, US 4 / 3.5 mm 16″ / 40 cm (optional), 32″ / 80 cm (or longer for larger sizes) circular needles, and a set of DPNs.

Notions: Stitch markers (2 of a different colour for side markers), stitch holders or waste yarn, cable needle, tapestry needle, 7 (7, 7, 7, 7) (8, 8, 8, 8) approx. 0.5” / 12 mm buttons.
