Fagan is a seamless top down raglan cardigan with waist shaping. Pleated short sleeves accentuate the deep scoop neck. The garter stitch front bands curve around the hem. A decorative box pleat at the center back makes the shoulder and neck width customizable and tailor fit.

630, (810, 900, 970, 1170, 1400)—yards, I used Madelinetosh Pashmina (360 yards/117G skein) color: Cove

  • US size 5 (3.75mm)- 32” or 40” circular needle
  • 1 set of US size 5 (3.75mm) double pointed needles
  • 8 stitch markers (4 each in 2 colors)
  • 2 stitch holders or scrap yarn.
  • 5 buttons- ½” to ¾” diameter

Gauge
23 sts/ 32 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch (st st) after blocking on size 5 (3.75mm) needles.
24 sts/ 46 rows = 4” in garter stitch (k every row) on size 5 (3.75mm) needles, unstretched.
24 sts/ 35 rows= 4” in garter stitch (k every row) on size 5 (3.75mm) needles, slightly stretched lengthwise.
