N O T E S
It is worked top down starting with the front and then the back worked flat to the underarm where stitches for both parts are joined and worked in round, down to the hem. When the body is completed, sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole, and worked down to the cuffs in rounds. The mock turtle neck is worked from picked up stitches around neckline.
