This is a pattern for a Fairy Tale Cottage Tea cosy, originally published in Your Crochet and Knitting magazine. It is in stocking stitch with garter stitch edges, intarsia, applique and embroidery details. The yarn used was a kit dk not commercially available. I have suggested an alternative yarn using the same weight and similar colours. None of the colours use more than 22 gms and some use very small amounts. It would be a good way to use up left over yarn.
