This shawl features a simple leaf lace design on a garter stitch background, with all increases made using yarn overs. It works up quickly using worsted weight yarn and size 8 needles, and is perfect for intermediate knitters and above (or even the adventurous beginner!).

Sizing: The finished shawl is should be about 51” wide and 20” tall (blocked).

Gauge: 15 sts and 25 rows = 4 inches in garter stitch

Materials:

• Four skeins of Lion Brand Landscapes (Example is shown in Sand Dune. If substituting yarn, you will need 550 yards of worsted weight (CYC-4) yarn)
• Size US 8 (5 mm) circular needles, at least 32” long
• Scissors
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
