Falling for Socks
For the first few decades of my knitting life, I was adamantly not a sock knitter. It took me a few failed attempts to realise that it wasn’t sock knitting that I disliked, but the fact that the finished objects never fit me correctly. When I finally found my perfect fit, I quickly fell in love with hand knit socks. This pattern is my way of helping you fall in love with knitting socks too!
The pattern is written with beginner sock knitters in mind. There are copious notes to help you decide on sizing as well as a worksheet to help you determine foot length. The pattern is also needle agnostic, meaning you can use whichever method of knitting in the round you like (DPNs, magic loop, short circulars etc).
This pattern has been professionally tech edited by Gayann Walker of fibremates.
