Falling Leaves Cowl
DESCRIPTION
Falling Leaves Cowl combines both colorwork and lacework knit with a soft worsted weight yarn, perfect for cool fall weather. I love watching the leaves turn from green to beautiful reds, oranges, and yellows as the seasons change, so I designed this cowl to depict the leaves falling in cascades the way they do in my backyard. Both charted and written instructions are included for the lace, which is an adaptation of a stitch pattern found in 50 Fabulous Knit Stitches by Rita Weiss. I also included instructions for doing the pattern without colorwork in case you want something simpler to knit. I hope you will find this cowl to be a lovely addition to your fall wardrobe. Happy Knitting!
