Falls
This pattern is part of my Hanging Rock Designs Vol.1 ebook which features three patterns (two knit and one crochet).
This scarf was designed to be worn and worn and washed and worn which is why it has been made in super soft acrylic yarn.
It is a huge wrap scarf that you can wear in many different ways, I liked it draped over my shoulders or scrunched up all around my face.
The simple garter stitch and lace stripes are easy to memorise and fun to work and the finished scarf is SO full of squish and is a delight to wear.
I used 4 x 100g balls of Stylecraft Special DK in the shade Parchment (1218) which is one of my favourite shades from them but you can use any DK weight yarn you like.
I used a slightly bigger needle than suggested for the yarn as I think this adds to the drape and squish.
The final size of the Falls scarf is approx 56cm x 170cm.
This pattern has been professional tech edited.
