This is a pattern used by my mother and grandmother. Don’t really know where it comes from, it seems to be quite universal. I’m not a native english speaker, and I’m a metric, so I hope the english version of the pattern is correct, is not, please feel free to add your errata in the comments.
Takes me 3 weeks to knit it, being quite slow.
I love that it’s so extensible, it fits my chubby niece from birth to 8 month old now !

Thanks for the feedback. The sleeves appear to be too long for everyone (we roll them when the baby is 0 to 3 months old)

Un modèle assez universel et très connu, qui me vient de ma grand-mère et de ma mère. Je ne sais pas qui l’a inventé, mais il date au moins des années 1950.

Echantillon :10 cm = 26 m et 52 rgs mousse aig.n°3 , 29m et 37rgs en jersey aig.n°3 (mais ce n’est pas au millimètre près)

J’ai utilisé le fil Caline de Bergère de France, 2 pelotes par brassière.

Je compte environ 3 semaines par brassière en tricotant lentement.

à 10 mois, le bébé le porte encore tellement c’est extensible !

D’après un peu tout le monde, les manches sont trop longues.
